Tucked just outside of town, Molalla River State Park offers wide open space, natural variety, and room for families to move, explore, and actually enjoy the experience (instead of feeling stuck in one spot, staring at the camera).

You’ll find expansive grassy fields where kids can run freely, shaded areas that photograph beautifully even on bright spring days, and easy access to the river for a more Pacific Northwest–style backdrop. Photographing the Eagles Family (Over the Years)

The Eagles family holds a special place for us. Over the years, we’ve had the honor of photographing so many milestones with them—wedding, maternity, newborn, cake smash, and yearly family sessions. Watching Korban grow through each stage has been incredibly meaningful, and sessions like this one feel less like a job and more like catching up with people we genuinely care about.

This session wasn’t just about immediate family photos either. We also captured a few engagement photos for Ashley (Chris’s sister) and Wesley, which made the day feel even more celebratory. This spring, we’re excited to photograph Ashley and Wesley’s wedding and continue documenting this family’s story in a new chapter.
