Sightglass Photo + Films is a husband-and-wife photography and video team based in Portland, Oregon. We capture speakers, reactions, conversations, branding, and the in-between moments that show what your event actually felt like.

We photograph conferences, awards ceremonies, company parties, nonprofit fundraisers, product launches, trade shows, retreats, grand openings, birthday celebrations, and other events throughout Portland, Vancouver, and the surrounding Pacific Northwest.

Your finished gallery may include speakers, audience reactions, networking, sponsors, signage, venue details, group photos, and candid guest interactions. We create storytelling images your business can use for marketing, sales, public relations, social media, websites, annual reports, and future event promotion.

Calm, Unobtrusive Coverage

Our documentary approach allows us to capture natural interactions without interrupting conversations or making guests feel overly aware of the camera.

When direction is needed, we can organize team photos, leadership portraits, award recipients, and other requested groups. One photographer may be a good fit for smaller gatherings or single-room events. Two photographers can provide more complete coverage for larger conferences, multiple spaces, simultaneous activities, and busy networking events.

Fast Turnaround and Event Videography

Same-day edited photographs can be arranged for social media, press coverage, sponsor communications, or internal use. Your complete gallery will be professionally edited and delivered online for easy viewing, sharing, and downloading. Event videography can also be added to your photography coverage. We can provide high-quality, unedited clips of speakers, presentations, guest interactions, branded details, and the overall event atmosphere for your marketing team to use. Finished event recap films, short social media videos, interviews, speaker coverage, and presentation recordings are also available.

One photographer: $150 per hour

Two photographers: $250 per hour
