We’re honored to be considered for your three-day celebration. From the details shared, it sounds like a weekend full of tradition, family, and meaningful moments — exactly the kind of work we love to document.
We’re Amber and Eric, a husband-and-wife team based in Portland. Before we met we each ran our own photography businesses. We later merged them into Sightglass. Together we bring more than 25 years of experience and over 500 weddings. Our approach is calm, documentary, and people-first. We stay present for the real moments and only step in with light guidance when it helps.

November 19 – Welcome Party / Mehndi at Society Hotel
2 Photographers + 2 Videographers for 5 hours × $1,500 = $7,500
November 20 – Haldi & Sangeet at Black Pearl on the Columbia
2 Photographers + 2 Videographers for 7 hours × $1,500 = $10,500
November 21 – Wedding Ceremony + Reception at Wind Mountain Ranch
2 Photographers + 2 Videographers for 8 hours × $1,500 = $12,000

Deliverables
5-10 minute highlight reel for each day
Social media trailer for each day
2-4 hour documentary edit of the full weekend (we can break this up into each day if you would like.)
Full multicam coverage of the ceremony, speeches, and Sangeet performances
Photo gallery of approximately 2,000+ edited images with full-resolution files and print rights
All raw video footage delivered on SSD

FAQ
Do you shoot every wedding together?
Yes, Amber leads photo and Eric leads video, so we’re always there as the core team with two associates working as our seconds for this multi-day weekend.
How do you handle low-light and evening coverage?
We carry both strobes and continuous lighting for photo and video, and we’ve shot in many challenging low-light environments while staying out of the way and still delivering clean, natural results.
Is drone coverage included?
Yes, FAA-licensed drone photos and video where weather and venue rules allow.
Do you offer live-streaming?
We can handle live-streaming if you’d like it — just let us know what days and events and we’ll build it into the proposal.
Can we adjust the deliverables?
Yes. We’re happy to shape the final package around what matters most to you.
Can we add extra coverage hours if needed?
Yes — we can quote additional hours at our standard rate of $1500 per hour
What is the turnaround time?
Photo gallery in 3-4 weeks. Social media trailers around the same time. Full video package in 10-14 weeks.
Is an engagement session included, or can it be exchanged for another pre-wedding event?
An engagement session is not included in this proposal, but we can discuss adding one or swapping it for coverage of another event if that works better for you.
Are there any travel or accommodation fees?
No additional travel or accommodation fees for this weekend — everything is included in the $30,000 quote.
Next Steps
The next step is to schedule a quick Zoom or call so we can talk through the weekend together, answer any questions, and make sure everything feels right.
Once you’re ready, we’ll send the contract. A 25% retainer of $7,500 holds the dates. The remaining balance is due October 19, 2026. We accept payment by check or electronic funds transfer.
After the retainer is in we can review the full timeline, any special family moments or rituals, and finalize the deliverables.
